Gearbox
- Before using this machine, please check the gearbox for oil.
- Fill with N150 or N220 medium duty industrial gear oil.
- Make sure the oil level is above the centerline of the oil mark during operation.
- Change the gear oil after the first 500 hours of use and every 3000 hours thereafter.
- When changing the gear oil, the case, oil filter and air filter should be cleaned.
MOTORS
- Permanent magnet water-cooled motors should be kept free of circulating water and should not be operated without water.
- Regularly add high temperature grease (350 degrees) to the motor bearings.
- Whether the fixing screws of the base are loosened or not
- Regularly check whether the coupling level is shifted or not.
Electrical cabinet
- Clean the dust inside the cabinet after each shutdown and keep the cabinet ventilated and sanitary.
- Monthly check whether the connecting wires are loose Monthly check whether the electrical appliances are aging.
Screw

Others
